Photo Gallery with Geotagging

Have you ever looked at someones posted photos and wonder exactly where they were when they took that photo? Technology is a wonderful thing, as you soon will see!

I have created a Photo Gallery here on my website that will allow my visitors to follow me on my adventures during my trip to Poland. This is not an ordinary Photo Gallery... it has the ability to show you exactly where the photo was taken via Geotagging. Geotagging is a function of the camera that records the Latitude and Longitude that the photographer was when the photo was taken. That information is then uploaded along with the photos to the Photo Gallery where it is used to link with Google Maps.
Of course I do not have any photos yet from my trip, but if you would like to take a test drive of this function, you can visit my website and choose from the menu > Photography > Test2.

Once you see the photo you are interested in, select the world icon below it and it will open up a Google Map showing the location. You can change to Satellite view and zoom in to see where the photo was taken.

I still have a few more tweeks before the Photo Gallery is fully operational but this will give you a chance to try it out now before all the good photos are placed upon my website.
